BOW SPRING (Odfjell) ran into difficulties this morning. She encountered two black outs and was “detained” by Rijkswaterstaat (Duitch shipping authority), Kotug-Smit and Multraship tugs assisted the vessel. This afternoon she was allowed to proceed to Antwerp, escorted by Multraship tug CARL.
